Nikita Gupta, MPH, CHES, RYT is a passionate and dedicated educator, program director, mentor, and resilience expert in Los Angeles who has practiced and studied strategies for holistic growth and success for over two decades. In the last 14 years as an educator, she has created and implemented numerous programs to empower thousands of individuals, bringing an interdisciplinary approach to her creative work. For the last 7 years, she has supported diverse communities of college students, faculty and staff at UCLA, delivering workshops, academic classes, and trainings on grit and growth mindset, stress management, mindfulness, and leadership skills. In 2014, she created the highly successful GRIT Peer Coaching program in which UCLA students are provided one-on-one support to strategically discover solutions for life challenges through a lens of holistic success. In addition, Nikita is a registered yoga and meditation instructor and certified life coach, facilitating healing spaces for diverse groups in various settings to encourage growth, dialogue and empowerment.
