Professor Peter Lake will discuss his “Top Ten” legal and compliance concerns for campus administrators.  Of course Title IX compliance is at the top of everyone’s list, but what else?  Professor Lake will discuss the Clery Act, marijuana, guns on campus, student activism and free speech rights, among others.  Professor Lake will also discuss what regulatory changes we might expect as a result of the upcoming general election.
